How often should I replace my filter cartridge?

It depends on the cartridge model; CL washable cartridges should be replaced at least once a year.
Wire-wrapped polypropylene cartridges when clogged.
Charcoal cartridges are used at least every six months, and stainless steel cartridges are potentially eternal if properly maintained and periodically cleaned.
Remember: Your equipment must be periodically maintained so the water they dispense maintains its potability characteristics.

Use a hard-bristled brush to remove stubborn dirt and, in case of encrustation on the mesh, soak the cartridge in 5% muriatic acid for 10 minutes.

Rinse the cartridge thoroughly and refit the filter.

Remember: periodic maintenance is essential for the proper functioning of your equipment.

Remember: Grilamid is an unbreakable and anti-ageing plastic material that requires only water for maintenance.

Activated carbon filters are particularly suitable when traces of free residual chlorine, unpleasant odours and tastes, and anti-cryptogamic are present in the water.

Remember: the carbon cartridge must be replaced on average every six months.

An original half-bar closure has been made that ensures a perfect seal in any condition and makes the tightening wrenches obsolete.

Remember: Your equipment must be subjected to periodic maintenance to ensure that the water they supply maintains its portability characteristics.

OPUR produces compact filters and dispensers with the same technical-constructive characteristics and performance as standard equipment.

Ask your dealer for the ONDA and SIRIO 7 filter catalogues and the MIDI dispensers.

The filter must not be installed on the suction of a pump or an autoclave, as it could produce a vacuum inside the cartridge with possible crushing.
