OPUR S.R.L. SINCE 1976
Since 1976, we have taken care of your water.
Some history: OPUR was founded in Milan in 1976 as a de facto company, and only two years later, it transformed into a capital company.
Soul and Beating Heart’s founder, Giovanni Pettenati, imagines, creates, and designs a dynamic, constantly evolving company with only one idea: to create products of superior quality and proven reliability.
This is how OPUR is oriented towards the choice of expensive but durable materials, creating products that are not only reliable but also aesthetically beautiful and easily recognisable on the market.

In 1998, OPUR moved to its new headquarters in the province of Bergamo (Grassobbio). It is housed in an area of 2000 metres and designed according to criteria of comfort and functionality, with a view to constant development and always projected into the future.
In 2000, it was certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001 (today UNI EN ISO 9001:2015), and its quality policy was defined to guarantee a product with high-quality standards.
OPUR addresses the wholesaler market of hydrothermal sanitary material and specialises in manufacturing equipment for the treatment of primary water, which privileges the civil sector.
It produces cartridge filters and polyphosphate dispensers, assembles ion exchange softeners, and markets other water treatment equipment, such as microfiltration systems, reverse osmosis systems, ultraviolet sterilisers, and dosing stations.
The quality of the products made (filters and dispensers) has allowed the Company to extend the sale to other water treatment companies by customising individual items.
Opur is present, with its products, in several European and non-European countries.
2017 is the year of pain: Giovanni Pettenati disappeared, but his vision of a healthy company that is attentive to the customers’ needs is not.
Today OPUR is in production: Katia, Silvia and Cristian, Giuseppe, Nicola, Tommaso and Carlo.
